West Oakland Summer Youth Enrichment Program (SYEP)
* CANCELLED FOR SUMMER 2020 & 2021*
The SYEP is a 6-week summer sports and academic enrichment program for elementary and middle school youth between the ages of ages 5-13. SYEP provides basketball and soccer sports camps, art and performing arts camp, and academic enrichment. The camps are held early-July to mid-August.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, the SYEP has been cancelled for Summer 2020 and Summer 2021. We hope to return in Summer 2022.

After School Soccer & Technology Program (AS&T)
In addition to the SYEP Soccer Camp, soccer for youth operates throughout the school year. Prescott-Joseph also offers 8-week Fall and Winter seasons for its West Oakland Seals Soccer team program. Students not only learn to play soccer, but they receive tutoring and homework assistance. Healthy snacks are provided each day.
Ralph Francis Youth Mentoring & Technology Program (YMTP)
Founded by Ralph Francis, Esq., this new program to PJC, will provide tutoring, mentoring and academic enrichment to middle school aged African-American males.
English as a Second Language Classes (ESL)
Free ESL classes are held every Saturday from 9:30am-12pm. Enrollment required. Please call for more information or to enroll. Space is limited to 8 students.
