West Oakland Seals Youth Soccer Program The West Oakland Soccer and Tutoring Program is a 15-week, twice a year after-school youth development program for youth ages 6-12 . West Oakland Seals players participate in weekly tutoring via the "Lets Go Learn" web based Math and Literacy Program and practice soccer twice a week. Collaborating with us are the Oakland Technical Xchange-West and the San Francisco Seals Soccer Club. The program focuses on teaching team sports, while also improving their academic grade levels through computer-based learning.
